Mortal Kombat II (Saturn) - White Jade
Jade made her debut as a secret character in Mortal Kombat II as a green female ninja with tanned skin. However, in some (all?) ports, she's white, just like Kitana and Mileena. I'm not exactly sure why, but it's amusing nonetheless. Her name is also visible in her lifebar. The Saturn version has some nifty cheats that makes getting to the secret fighters much simpler.
Also, I fired both of those projectiles against Jade just to demonstrate how she's invulnerable to them. However, I completely miss the second time.
