How do you do the things you do?
This is the beginning of a grand tale! The beginning of a brand new adventure. On the side with Paper Mario, I will start uploading Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Time videos.
Before, I start on my rant, here's the Personality Guide CheatSheet: http://www.gamefaqs.com/portable/ds/f...
Thanks Arthur Tam!
Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Time / Darkness are Nintendo DS games released in the year 2008 (In the U.S. and other countries.). They are the sequels to Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Red / Blue Rescue Team for the GBA / DS, but they are not exactly a continuation or a true sequel so you won't find yourself getting confused if you want to pick this one up first. I of course recommend waiting on the sequel, Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Sky, which will be released sometime this Fall (I believe October). It is basically a third edition to this series, and will be the same game with a LOT of extra content. Wait it out if you can!
This game, in my opinion, is the best on the DS. I even mean surpassing the actual Pokemon series -- Diamond/Pearl/Platinum. The fun dungeon crawling and familiar faces made this game feel right at home in my (small) collection. If I were to only be able to play one Nintendo DS game for the rest of my life, this would probably be it. It was the first DS game I beat, and my favorite.
It was, sadly, rated lowly by critics and reviewers when comparing it too the original Pokemon series, and probably for a good reason. I'm a bit biased, so I won't say anything about the reviews for now. I will say, though, if you own a DS and do not have either of these games, and enjoy Pokemon with a heavy story and a more strategical battle system -- this is a definite must have. It's a marvelous game that I'm sure you would enjoy.
This part will be cut up a bit due to the time limit, but if you really want to know what you missed, it was just a rant.
Today, we start off finding out what Pokemon we are, and then suddenly finding ourselves helping out a helpless Torchic that goes by Angelas. Our journey as a Piplup begins.
Oh, and yes, I actually did add the accent.
The contents of this game are all owned by The Pokémon Company and Chun Soft. I just play the game, is all.
